(Even after all these years, I still haven't got around to reading this one yet!)
This largely Doctor-less novel was something of a test-run for Bernice Summerfield's solo adventures, which the New Adventure range morphed into when Virgin lost their license to publish Doctor Who material in 1996. This new format is also reflected by the absence of the Doctor Who logo on the front cover, which aided the transition.
